Part: SP481E / SP485E — Exar Type: Half-Duplex RS-485 Transceiver Description: +5V only, low power BiCMOS half-duplex RS-485/RS-422 transceivers with enhanced ESD protection up to +/-15kV IEC1000-4-2 Air Discharge and 10Mbps transmission rate.
Operating Conditions:
- Supply voltage: +4.75V to +5.25V
- Operating temperature: -40 to +125 °C (suffix-dependent — see Electrical Characteristics for grade-specific ranges)
- Max transmission rate: 10 Mbps
