Type: 500mA Low-Noise LDO Voltage Regulator

Description: A positive voltage regulator with 2.5–16 V input, up to 950 mA current limit, low dropout voltage (340 mV at 500 mA), and low noise output (40 μV RMS possible). It offers fixed and adjustable output voltage options and features an ON/OFF switched input.
