Description: The HT73xx-A series are three-terminal, low power, high voltage CMOS linear regulators featuring an ultra-low quiescent current of 2.0 μA (typ.) and supporting input voltages up to 12V, with fixed output voltages ranging from 2.5V to 5.0V.
