Description: The Atmel AT24C256C is a 256-Kbit (32,768 x 8) Serial Electrically Erasable and Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM) operating from 1.7V to 5.5V with 1MHz compatibility and a 5ms maximum self-timed write cycle.
