Description: A highly integrated, low power inertial measurement unit (IMU) that combines precise 16-bit triaxial acceleration (±2g/±4g/±8g/±16g) and 16-bit triaxial angular rate (±125dps/±250dps/±500dps/±1000dps/±2000dps) measurement with intelligent on-chip motion-triggered interrupt features.
