Description: The TMP117 is an ultra high-precision digital temperature sensor offering ±0.1°C accuracy over the body temperature range (30°C to +42°C) and ±0.2°C accuracy over the full -55°C to +150°C range, with 16-bit resolution and an I2C interface.

  1. Go to the TMP117EVM web page on the TI website: http://www.ti.com/tool/TMP117EVM. Scroll down to the 'Software' section and click on the hyperlink to download the latest evaluation software or an alternate way is to connect directly to the gallery by clicking on this link http://dev.ti.com/gallery/. It might require to login user account privileges to use the online version as well as installation of the applications.

  1. On the top middle of the gallery main page, navigating to search box and type TMP117EVM GUI as shown in the Figure 4.
  2. Click on the TMP117EVM GUI icon. Users may be prompted to download and install the browser extension for the Firefox or Chrome and TI Cloud Agent Application for the first time. Click on Agree and Proceed .
