Description: The SP3222E / SP3232E series are 2-driver / 2-receiver RS-232 transceivers operating from a single 3.0V to 5.5V supply, featuring a minimum 120kbps data rate, 1μA low power shutdown (SP3222E), and enhanced ±15kV ESD protection.
