  • Max data rate: 120 kbit/s

Absolute Maximum Ratings:

  • Max supply voltage: 6 V
  • Max junction temperature: 150 °C
  • Max storage temperature: -65 to 150 °C

Key Specs:

  • Supply current (ICC): 8 mA typical, 10 mA max (VCC = 5.5V, all outputs open, TA = 25°C)
  • Driver high-level output voltage (VOH): 5 V min, 7 V typical (RL = 3kΩ to GND)
  • Driver low-level output voltage (VOL): -7 V typical, -5 V max (RL = 3kΩ to GND)
  • Receiver input voltage range (R1IN, R2IN): ±30 V
  • Receiver input hysteresis voltage (Vhys): 0.2 V min, 0.5 V typical, 1 V max (VCC = 5V)
  • Receiver input resistance (rI): 3 kΩ min, 5 kΩ typical, 7 kΩ max (VCC = 5V, TA = 25°C)
