3 Description
The TPS54302 and TPS54308 are synchronous buck converters with integrated 70-mΩ and 40-mΩ MOSFETs. They are capable of delivering 3-A continuous output current from a 3-V to 28-V input supply. The devices use D-CAP3™ control mode to provide a fast transient response. The TPS54302 operates in Eco-mode™ for high efficiency at light loads. The TPS54308 operates in forced continuous conduction mode (FCCM) for low output ripple and tight output voltage regulation.
