Description: The nRF5340 is a wireless, ultra-low power multicore System on Chip (SoC) integrating two fully programmable Arm Cortex-M33 processors (Application core up to 128 MHz with 1 MB flash and 512 kB RAM), advanced security features, a range of peripherals, and a multiprotocol 2.4 GHz transceiver supporting Bluetooth Low Energy 5.2, ANT, and IEEE 802.15.4.
