Description: 16-bit resolution ambient light sensor with I2C interface, 0 lx to 120 klx detection range, and 0.0036 lx/ct resolution, in a 2 mm x 2 mm x 0.87 mm package.

VEML6030 is a cost effective solution of ambient light sensor with I 2 C bus interface. The standard serial digital interface is easy to access 'Ambient Light Signal' without complex calculation and programming by external controller. Beside the digital output also a flexible programmable interrupt pin is available.
