Notes
- Power Supply Configuration: VDIO supports both 1.8 V and 3.3 V digital I/O operation; VDDA is fixed at 3.3 V analog supply.
- Multiple Ground Pins: DGND pins (8, 12, 16, 20, 23, 28, 33, 35, 40, 45, 47, 49, 51, 53, 55) and exposed pad must be connected to ground plane for proper operation.
- Multiple Power Pins: VDDA pins (48, 50, 52, 54, 56) should be decoupled with appropriate capacitors near the device.
- SPI Interface: Pins 36–39 provide the main SPI control interface; pins 41–44 provide SPI Flash interface for firmware storage.
- Digital Audio Outputs: Three independent I²S ports (DOUT0/DCLK0/DFS0, DOUT1/DCLK1/DFS1, and DIF0/DICLK0) support multiple audio stream outputs.
- Zero-IF I/Q Outputs: ZIFP0/ZIFQ0 and ZIFI1/ZIFQ1 provide digital I/Q data for DRM processing.
- Dual Tuner Architecture: Pins support two independent AM/FM/LW/SW tuners with separate RF inputs and audio outputs.
