Notes

  • M41T62Q6F specific: This is the QFN-16 package variant with user-supplied 32 kHz crystal (XI/XO pins). The M41T62 includes alarm function, oscillator fail detection, watchdog timer, calibration, and programmable square wave output (SQW).
  • Open drain outputs: IRQ/OUT and SQW are open-drain outputs and require external pull-up resistors.
  • SQW defaults to 32 kHz: The square wave output defaults to 32 kHz on power-up and can be programmed to other frequencies (1 Hz to 32 kHz).
  • NC pins: Pins 11–16 are not connected in the QFN-16 package.
  • I²C interface: SDA and SCL require pull-up resistors to VCC for proper I²C bus operation.

M41T62Q6F Absolute Maximum Ratings

Stressing the device above the rating listed in the absolute maximum ratings table may cause permanent damage to the device. These are stress ratings only and operation of the device at these or any other conditions above those indicated in the operating sections of this specification is not implied. Exposure to absolute maximum rating conditions for extended periods may affect device reliability.
