Notes
- Voltage ladder relationship: V0 ≥ V1 ≥ V2 ≥ V3 ≥ V4 ≥ VSS2 must be maintained for proper LCD operation.
- Serial mode (P/S='L'): D7 becomes SI (serial data input), D6 becomes SCL (serial clock input); D0–D5 must be fixed to VDD or VSS level.
- Parallel mode (P/S='H'): All D0–D7 pins function as parallel data inputs.
- High impedance: When /CS1 is inactive, D0–D7 are set to high impedance.
- MPU interface: Select either 6800 series (C86='H') or 8080 series (C86='L') via pin 3.
