### 3 Description
The TPS54302 and TPS54308 are 3-A, 28-V synchronous buck converters with integrated 70-mΩ and 52-mΩ MOSFETs. These devices are optimized for small designs through high efficiency and integrating the high-side and low-side MOSFETs. The devices can operate from a 4.5-V to 28-V input voltage range. The switching frequency is adjustable from 200 kHz to 2 MHz.
