3 Description

The TPS54302 and TPS54308 are synchronous buck converters with integrated 70-mΩ and 38-mΩ MOSFETs. They are capable of delivering up to 3-A continuous output current from a 3-V to 28-V input supply. The devices implement a D-CAP3™ control mode to provide a fast transient response. The TPS54302 operates in a fixed 600-kHz switching frequency. The TPS54308 switching frequency is adjustable from 200 kHz to 1 MHz. The TPS54302 and TPS54308 are available in an 8-pin HSOIC package.
